The NAACP Lower Richland branch is committed to promoting justice, equality, and civil rights for all individuals, regardless of race, gender, faith, or orientation. We strive to reduce racism and ensure that everyone in our community is treated fairly and with respect. We are also dedicated to preserving the history and culture of people of color, and working to improve educational and economic opportunities for all. We are passionate about providing a safe and supportive environment for our members and those in our community. From monthly meetings to special events, we are always looking for ways to foster community engagement and empowerment.
